From mentoring students to filming documentaries, this year has been a whirlwind of activities. A major highlight has been the refinement of our curriculum for ARCH 680 L04: The Economics of Housing and Design Justice at University of Calgary
Led by Michaelle one of the instructors for this course, our teaching assistants editors Ainsley and Sarah have helped shape this interdisciplinary course, which unites Architecture, Social Work, and Health Sciences students to explore housing through the lens of social equity.
We are currently working hard to secure new grants to fuel the next phase of our research and community projects
Britton did an awesome job capturing some moments with our partners to tell the story of our shared missionĀ
We collaborated with two interns who brought refreshing perspectives and helped strengthen our social media presence. Their strong work ethic and dedication made them a valuable addition to the team.
As the year ends, we took a time to slow down and unwind with delicious foods and drinks. We reflected on everything accomplished duringĀ the year 2025.
